This device is a major improvement over the standard blade or bucket on a shaft turbine which is used in hydropower systems and the pin wheel turbine used in windmills. The system can work efficiently in slow flow and low pressure and at higher flows and pressures. Operating and maintenance costs are next to nil and emissions are nil. Investment and capital costs for plant and equipment per watt are less than $0.20 which compares favorably to wind at $7.00 per watt, solar at $10.00 per watt, and even fossil fuel plants at $1.00 per watt.

Applications are manifold. The initial designs and systems will be medium size facilities of 5 to 10 megawatts. NET provides instant power to any location with a fluid flow: hydropower, tidal flow, streams, and industrial, commercial and residential closed re-circulating fluid streams.
